Terms and Conditions 

• Students must be on time and not allowed to enter the classroom 5 minutes before the lesson time. 

• Late arrivals within 15 minutes will be allowed to join the lesson and time will not be made up. 

• Arriving to class more than 15 minutes late to the scheduled time will result in forfeiting the class. 

• The minimum number of classes per month is 4. If a student couldn’t commit to 4 classes a month, the tuition will be charged by single class. 

• In case of extreme weather conditions, Education Bureau guidelines will be followed. 

• In case of extreme social conditions e.g suspension of school due to COVID-19, emergency protocols will be enforced. Zoom class may be replaced and make-up classes can be arranged within two months. 

• Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances including absences due to sickness or due to poor weather conditions. 

• Apologies, we cannot offer refunds or credit for missed classes of your own choosing.  

• Students are required to bring their own stationery, water and notebook. Complimentary exercises and notes are distributed during class, extra copies will be charged at $50 per document. 

• Tuitions must be paid before the due date on the invoice. Payment can be settled by cash, bank transfer or FPS only. Please contact the admin when you need to sort out payment procedures. 
   

Absence / Sick Leave

• Students are required to notify the centre at least two days in advance for any changes or the class will still be charged and make-up classes will not be offered. 

• For any reported cancelled classes, make-up classes can be arranged within two months and it cannot overlap with the original time slot.

• For sick leave, it must be notified at least 2 hours before the lesson and provide a doctor certificate in order to arrange make-up class.

 Make-up Class

• Make-up classes can be arranged within two months (starting from the absent class) and it cannot overlap with the original time slot.

• Make-up classes may not be the same teacher in the original time slot. 

• Make-up classes need to be booked at least two days in advance, except late arrivals which can arrange make-up classes on the same day, however pending availability. 

• Make-up classes cannot be rescheduled once confirmed.

• We cannot guarantee makeup lessons, as alternative classes may already have the maximum numbers. 

Trial Class

• New students are entitled to one trial class. The trial fee is one single class tuition. It can be deducted if you decide to enrol on the same day.

• To secure a seat, payment and advance booking are required. Once a trial class is booked, the time cannot be changed. 

Submission of enrolment confirms the acceptance of all terms and conditions.
